NIEUW: Our smart assistant Chip!

Meet Chip, our new digital colleague.
Starting today, you can easily cancel orders, request rates, check shipment status,
and schedule a new pickup directly through the assistant.
Chip can also answer most questions, you’ll find him in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

Over the next few days, Chip will only be available for a few hours each day as he’s still in training.
If Chip can’t help you, he’ll connect you with one of our team members.
In the coming period, Chip will gradually be expanded with even more helpful features.
